Frequently asked questions

Is a comparative market analysis a certified appraisal?

No. A comparative market analysis is an opinion of value prepared by a real estate broker for marketing purposes. It does not replace a chartered appraiser's report.

Does the request commit me to sell?

No. The meeting and the analysis do not commit you to anything. A brokerage contract is signed only if you decide to list your property with us.

Which documents should I prepare?

The rent roll or current leases, the latest municipal and school tax bills, the insurance premium, energy bills and the list of recent renovations.

What do you do with my information?

It is used only to prepare your analysis and contact you about it. You may at any time request access, correction or withdraw your consent. See our privacy policy.

My property is already listed with another agency. Can I submit a request?

If your property is under an exclusive brokerage contract currently in force, we invite you to first discuss it with your current broker.

Know your property's value before you decide

Submit your information in a few minutes. A member of Équipe Parent will present your analysis in a Google Meet session, with no obligation.
